Thoughtworks seeks a Technology Advisory Analyst to join AI-native advisory teams. You will anchor delivery by framing challenges, validating hypotheses, and quantifying trade-offs to produce decision-ready deliverables for executives.

Blend consulting rigor with AI-enabled workflows to empower senior teams to move quickly and with depth. You will translate high-level strategy into measurable, high-impact business outcomes and ensure quality and evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, or data/analytics.
• Experience on technology-enabled business initiatives is highly valued.
• Ability to connect business needs with technology solutions and work with ambiguity and complex problems.
• Structured problem solving, breaking down challenges and synthesizing information into recommendations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive research and analysis including industry and market research, technology landscape assessments, business process analysis, and data interpretation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research and maintain quality and accuracy.
• Translate business problems into actionable insights; gather, structure, and synthesize information; identify patterns and risks; develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Support client engagements with executive-ready presentations and deliverables; facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Document business and technology requirements; support strategic assessments and roadmap development; evaluate technology options and transformation opportunities.
• Apply AI to enhance delivery by creating repeatable prompts and workflows; validate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance; continuously improve advisory delivery.
• Review work products for quality, accuracy, and client-readiness; identify gaps and risks before sharing with clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing reusable frameworks, templates, and methodologies; share lessons learned across engagements.
