Thoughtworks seeks a Technology Advisory Analyst to join AI-native advisory teams. You will anchor delivery by framing challenges, validating hypotheses, and quantifying trade-offs to produce decision-ready deliverables for executives.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or technology consulting, business analysis, technology strategy, or data/analytics.

Responsibilities

• Drive research and analysis including industry and market research, technology landscape assessments, business process analysis, and data interpretation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research and maintain quality and accuracy.
• Translate business problems into actionable insights; gather, structure, and synthesize information; identify patterns and risks; develop evidence-based recommendations.
• Support client engagements with executive-ready presentations and deliverables; facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Document business and technology requirements; support strategic assessments and roadmap development; evaluate technology options and transformation opportunities.
• Apply AI to enhance delivery by creating repeatable prompts and workflows; validate AI outputs for accuracy and relevance; continuously improve advisory delivery.
• Review work products for quality, accuracy, and client-readiness; identify gaps and risks before sharing with clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing reusable frameworks, templates, and methodologies; share lessons learned across engagements.

The Technology Advisory Analyst serves on AI-native advisory teams, empowering clients to navigate the critical junction of strategy and technical execution. Collaborating with senior leadership and technical specialists, you will anchor the delivery process by framing challenges, validating hypotheses, and quantifying trade-offs to produce deliverables that are truly decision-ready for the executive level.

By blending top-tier consulting rigor with an AI-native workflow, you enable senior teams to perform with unprecedented speed and depth, ensuring every strategic insight is backed by robust evidence and structural accuracy. This role transcends traditional requirements documentation; you are the engine of execution that translates high‑level strategic intent into measurable, high‑impact business outcomes.

Due to the nature of the projects and specific client security clearance, this role requires the successful candidate to be a Singapore Citizen or PR of Singapore.

Job responsibilities

• You drive research and analysis by performing core advisory and consulting activities including: Industry and market research, Technology landscape assessments, Business process analysis, Data analysis and interpretation, Competitive benchmarking, Opportunity identification.
• You leverage AI‑enabled tools to accelerate research and analysis while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• You translate Business Problems into Actionable Insights. You work with clients and engagement teams to understand business objectives and challenges, gather and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, structure complex problems into manageable workstreams. You identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and trade‑offs and develop evidence‑based recommendations.
• You support client engagements by contributing to client‑facing advisory work by preparing executive‑ready presentations and deliverables & facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
• You document business and technology requirements, support strategic assessments and roadmap development and help clients evaluate technology options and transformation opportunities.
• You apply AI to enhance delivery by using AI responsibly to improve the speed and quality of advisory work by accelerating research and information synthesis and supporting analysis and content development. You develop repeatable prompts and workflows, validate AI‑generated outputs for accuracy and relevance and continuously improve how advisory work is delivered.
• You ensure quality and delivery excellence by reviewing work products to ensure they are accurate, well‑structured, insightful, client‑ready and supported by evidence. You identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks before deliverables are shared with clients.
• You contribute to continuous improvement by helping to strengthen the Technology Advisory practice by capturing reusable frameworks, templates, and methodologies and sharing lessons learned across engagements. You improve research approaches and analytical methods and contribute to internal knowledge assets and AI‑enabled delivery practices.

Job Qualifications

Technical Skills

• You have solid experience in one or more of the following: Management or technology consulting, Business analysis, Technology strategy, Product or digital transformation or Data, research, or analytics.
• Your experience working on technology‑enabled business initiatives is highly valued.
• You have experience in Business & Technology Analysis and have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• You have the ability to connect business needs with technology solutions and you are comfortable working with ambiguity and complex problems.
• You are a structured problem solver, breaking down complex challenges into logical components, synthesizing information into clear recommendations and thinking strategically while remaining detail‑oriented.

Professional Skills

• You are an excellent communicator written and verbal, you create executive‑ready presentations and documentation, and you are able to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• You are AI‑enabled and comfortable using AI tools to enhance research, analysis, and content creation. You understand how to validate AI‑generated outputs and continuously explore new ways to improve productivity through AI.
• You work collaboratively and effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• You partner closely with Technology Advisors, architects, designers, engineers, and client stakeholders and Builds trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
