Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in delivering technical solutions.
• AI-enabled or enterprise integration experience desirable.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, Agile, Cloud, or AI-related add advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
• Perform gap analysis, scope management, and traceability.
• Prepare functional specs, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Provide SIT, UAT, implementation, production support, and defect triage assistance.
