Job summary

Shopee in Singapore seeks a Product Manager to drive the planning and development of the App platform capabilities and infrastructure, focusing on development efficiency, product quality, and user experience.

You will translate business needs into scalable platform features, lead AI integration across engineering workflows, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver complex cross-functional initiatives while improving engineering efficiency and app quality in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in product management, technical product management, or a related role.
• Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills bridging tech and business needs.
• Strong hands-on AI proficiency; experience with AI Agents preferred.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and ownership with results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning and development of Shopee App platform capabilities and infrastructure to improve development efficiency, product quality, and user experience.
• Develop understanding of business needs and translate them into scalable platform capabilities, defining priorities and long-term direction.
• Drive AI integration across App platform capabilities and engineering workflows to automate processes and build scalable solutions.
• Establish and continuously improve key metrics and monitoring frameworks for App quality and engineering efficiency using data and feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver complex cross-functional products and initiatives.
• Continuously improve App development processes and platform capabilities with ownership of engineering efficiency and App quality in production.
