Job summary

Shopee's President’s Office is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to help drive product development and cross-functional project execution within the R&D group. You will work with developers, product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable tasks and enable data-driven insights from R&D performance.

You will collect user feedback, support feature development, and assist in planning, reporting, and coordination across technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business or related field.
• Experience with engineering or product teams is a plus.
• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methods.
• Strong communication and coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
• Good analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
• High attention to detail and proactive, adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support product development by translating requirements into development tasks and leveraging AI.
• Provide product support: collect feedback, resolve questions, issues, bugs.
• Perform performance analysis of R&D data and summarise findings for leadership.
• Assist in project planning, milestone tracking, documentation, and reporting.
