Job summary

Temus is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Designer to craft intuitive digital products and enterprise solutions. The role blends UX/UI design, consulting, and lightweight frontend development.

You will capture client needs, run workshops, translate feedback into workflows and UI specs, and create reusable interface patterns while considering frontend and backend constraints. AI ideas welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured workflows and designs.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, IA, responsive and accessible design.
• Proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Familiarity with design tokens, reusable components, and atomic design.
• Interest in AI-assisted design and development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products and enterprise apps.
• Plan client workshops, requirement gatherings, and design reviews.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and specs.
• Create journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and production UI designs.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts throughout delivery.
• Review interfaces and resolve usability issues with the team.
• Explore practical AI uses for research, ideation, and design delivery.
