Job summary

Temus is seeking a hands-on Technical Product Designer to craft intuitive digital products and enterprise solutions. The role blends UX/UI design, consulting, and lightweight frontend development.

You will capture client needs, run workshops, translate feedback into workflows and UI specs, and create reusable interface patterns while considering frontend and backend constraints. AI ideas welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Ability to translate ambiguous needs into structured workflows and designs.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, IA, responsive and accessible design.
• Proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Familiarity with design tokens, reusable components, and atomic design.
• Interest in AI-assisted design and development.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products and enterprise apps.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Designer to design intuitive digital products and enterprise solutions. This role combines UX/UI design, consulting, and lightweight frontend development.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products and enterprise applications.
• Plan and facilitate client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and design reviews.
• Translate business needs and user feedback into user stories, workflows, functional requirements, and design specifications.
• Map complex processes and identify opportunities to simplify the user experience.
• Create journey maps, wireframes, interface concepts, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
• Apply design-token and atomic-design principles to create consistent, reusable interface patterns.
• Work with established design systems when appropriate, while adapting them to the needs of the product.
• Consider frontend capabilities, backend constraints, data requirements, integrations, accessibility, and responsive behaviour when proposing solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Review implemented interfaces and work with developers to resolve design and usability issues.
• Present design decisions clearly, including the user need, business rationale, technical considerations, and trade-offs.
• Explore practical uses of AI for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and design delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience working with clients or stakeholders through workshops, interviews, presentations, and collaborative design sessions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured workflows and practical design solutions.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
• Practical proficiency in semantic HTML and modern CSS.
• Familiarity with design tokens, reusable components, atomic design, and scalable CSS architecture.
• Interest in AI-assisted design and development, with a willingness to experiment and learn.
• Strong communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams.
