Job summary

ServiceNow Pte. Ltd. is looking for a senior talent advisor to lead full-cycle GTM recruiting across Asia and Korea.

You will partner with senior Go-To-Market leaders to shape hiring strategy, build pipelines, and close top talent in competitive markets. The role requires 8+ years of in-house recruiting experience in enterprise software, SaaS or cloud, with strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and leverage market intelligence to inform decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years of full-cycle, in-house Sales/GTM recruiting experience in enterprise software, SaaS or cloud.
Experience recruiting across Asian markets with knowledge of local talent, pay norms and practices.
Korean language skills (spoken and written) are highly desirable for Korea-based hiring.
Ability to consult, influence and build credibility with senior and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior Go-To-Market leaders across Asia & Korea.
Run full-cycle recruiting for revenue-critical roles including Account Executives, Solution Sales and Solution Consulting.
Negotiate complex offers and close top GTM talent in competitive markets.
Provide market intelligence on talent, pay and competitors to inform hiring decisions.
Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across the region.
Develop and track metrics to improve sourcing results and ROI.
Give candidates a great experience with clear, timely communication at every stage.
