Job summary

Radixeng Software Development Consultant (Singapore) is hiring a technically adept professional to lead and contribute across full-stack development, AI integration, and modern cloud-native architectures. You'll work with LangChain, LangGraph, and AI frameworks, delivering scalable solutions for international clients.

From frontend to backend, you will design, code, review, and mentor, shaping engineering standards and governance while staying aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader, with a strong focus on modern software solutions involving AI and distributed systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications with hands-on frontend and backend work.
• Lead or conduct code reviews to ensure high quality, security, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, and integrate AI-powered solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud services.
• Contribute to modern software architectures including cloud-native, event-driven, and microservices-based systems.
• Participate in technical proposals; ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Share expertise through mentoring, training sessions, and architecture discussions.
• Help define and evolve engineering standards and governance.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies in Generative AI.
