Job summary

EdelmanNEXT is seeking a curious, self-motivated intern to join the Intelligence team for a 6-month full-time internship (Jan to Jun 2027) in Singapore. Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve dabbled in PowerBI, Tableau, or social listening platforms.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, or research methods (qualitative or quantitative) is a plus.
• Experience with analytics tools such as SPSS or Python is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with research coordination and execution from scoping to delivery.
• Support research design, data collection, quality control, and analysis.
• Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative research efforts.
• Use AI-enabled tools for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and trend detection.
• Help configure and optimize dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Analyze media and social content for key metrics like sentiment and messaging.
• Conduct desk research and landscape reviews to support insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
