Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in data, research, and how AI can enhance insights.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; bonus if you’ve dabbled in Power BI, Tableau, or social listening platforms.
• Exposure to data analysis, statistics, or research methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and research execution — from scoping to delivery.
• Support research design, data collection, quality control, and analysis.
• Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative research efforts.
• Use AI‑enabled tools for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and trend detection.
• Help configure and optimize dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Analyze media and social content for key metrics (e.g., sentiment, influencers, messaging).
• Conduct desk research and landscape reviews to support strategic insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
