Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduates from 2024/2025/2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education or other educational institutions.
• National Service completed in 2024/2025/2026.
• No prior work experience and must be ready to commit to a full-time traineeship.
• Familiarity with AI/Copilot and applying it in finance is expected.
• Experience with data analysis using Excel and Copilot is advantageous.
• Ability to document processes, test outputs and track improvements.
• Strong communication, presentation and knowledge-transfer skills.

Responsibilities

• Map regulatory reporting workflows, inputs, controls, outputs and dependencies.
• Identify manual tasks suitable for AI/Copilot and document baseline effort and risks.
• Support Singapore AI use-case roadmap planning for Finance.
• Develop supervised prototypes: summarising issues, narratives and docs.
• Create reusable prompt templates and user guides using approved tools.
• Validate AI outputs against source data and perform testing.
• Support pilot rollout, collect feedback and document handover.
