Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with 2024/2025/2026 graduation dates or NS completion; ready for full-time traineeship.

• Strong communication, ability to summarize findings and document analysis.
• Technically savvy, able to learn dashboards, data platforms or analytics tools.
• Curious to learn about core risk principles across financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and delivering AI-enabled, data-led improvements across the Chief Risk Office (CRO).
• Analyze risk processes, dataflows, and systems to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholders with progress updates and recommendations.
• Support change and adoption activities to embed new processes and tools.
