Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will govern end-to-end PS projects, align sales, technical delivery, and executives, and ensure cybersecurity and networking solutions are deployed on time and within budget.

You will apply standardized PMO methods, governance, and reporting across the delivery lifecycle from Initiation to Handoff, driving faster time-to-value for customers. Experience in SaaS and AI-enabled delivery is highly valued.

Qualifications

Strong background in professional services, SaaS industry experience, and a proven track record in project management and customer relationship management.
Fluent in modern AI-assisted ways of working and using them to raise speed and quality of delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams of technical professionals delivering consulting, implementation, and support to customers.
Own project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and communications with PMO standards and governance gates.
Maintain high-trust relationships with customers, partners, and vendors to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring engagements are delivered on-time and within budget.
Monitor project financial health, including burn rates, margins, and revenue forecasts.
Develop scalable methodologies and best practices for efficient service delivery.
Ensure seamless handoff from sales to delivery and serve as primary contact for account teams.
Identify risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies.
Translate project data into clear status narratives for leadership.
Leverage AI to automate status reporting, summaries, risk detection, and documentation.
