Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee complex IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and AI-driven initiatives across client engagements. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet time, budget and quality expectations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control and financial oversight to deliver business value and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.
• Ability to integrate AI-driven methodologies into project delivery.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and technology transformation projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, milestones and governance frameworks.
• Manage daily project execution including deployment, migration, testing and integration.
• Oversee project financials including P&L, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Coordinate procurement and integration of hardware, software and testing activities.
• Escalate issues related to scope, schedule, budget and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Define resource needs and conduct progress reviews with stakeholders and teams.
