Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cybersecurity projects that leverage AI/ML and data analytics. You will coordinate cross-functional teams including software and data engineers, threat researchers and cybersecurity specialists to deliver aligned, practical solutions.

You will interface with customers and stakeholders to understand needs, translate them into technical scopes, and manage end-to-end project delivery with emphasis on timelines, quality and risk

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in managing software engineering, data, AI/ML or cybersecurity projects across the full lifecycle.
• Technical background with practical understanding of AI/ML, data analytics, cybersecurity, software engineering and data platforms.
• Experience collaborating with internal development teams and external customers/vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation, coordination and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and stakeholders to understand business, operational and cybersecurity needs and enable engagement.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, threat researchers and cybersecurity specialists to translate requirements into scopes and project plans.
• Lead planning, delivery and implementation of cybersecurity projects involving AI/ML and data analytics.
• Coordinate activities across the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment and service improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including proposals, specifications, business cases and test plans.
• Manage baselines for scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies and constraints with stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders on milestones, challenges and risks.
• Manage relationships across customers, management, technical teams and external vendors.
• Facilitate collaboration between cybersecurity, AI/ML, data and software teams to translate complex problems into deployable solutions.
