Job summary
Lion Global Investors Limited is seeking an Associate, Business AI & Process Automation to accelerate the adoption of AI and automation across the Risk & Compliance department. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, data analytics, business analytics, process improvement or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in AI, process automation and/or RPA development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Highly driven, independent, adaptable and collaborative in nature
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess AI and automation opportunities across business processes.
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and process automation solutions.
- Develop and support chatbot, prompt-based and workflow automation initiatives.
- Perform business process analysis, requirements gathering and solution design.
- Conduct testing, user training and adoption support.
- Prepare workflow documentation, SOPs and governance records.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, compliance and audit requirements
