Job summary

Lion Global Investors Limited is seeking an Associate, Business AI & Process Automation on a 1-year contract to accelerate AI adoption across the Risk & Compliance department. The role focuses on identifying, designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance and deliver an improved user experience.

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate, Business AI & Process Automation candidate to accelerate the adoption of AI and automation across the Risk & Compliance department. The role will focus on identifying, designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance and deliver an improved user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess AI and automation opportunities across business processes.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and process automation solutions.
• Develop and support chatbot, prompt-based and workflow automation initiatives.
• Perform business process analysis, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Conduct testing, user training and adoption support.
• Prepare workflow documentation, SOPs and governance records.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, compliance and audit requirements.

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and AI-driven workflow solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business process automation.
• Strong business process mapping, analysis and process improvement capabilities.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and training skills.
• Understanding of governance, controls, risk management and compliance requirements is an added advantage.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Process Improvement or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in AI, process automation and/or RPA development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Highly driven individual, independent, adaptable and collaborative in nature
