Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience creating video content for brands, social media or digital campaigns.
• Portfolio demonstrating videos you have personally shot and edited.
• Confident operating cameras, lighting equipment and audio recording setups.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of video composition, pacing and social-first editing.
• Able to contribute creative ideas and translate briefs into engaging videos.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit engaging short-form videos for social media and digital campaigns.
• Independently manage day-to-day shoots, including camera setup, lighting, audio recording and filming.
• Develop shot lists, storyboards and production plans based on creative briefs.
• Edit videos with strong pacing, visual storytelling, sound design, subtitles and transitions.
• Handle colour correction, audio clean‑up and other post‑production requirements.
• Adapt video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Maintain production quality and organise project files, raw footage and final assets.
• Collaborate with Content Specialists, Designers and Art Directors to develop creative concepts.
• Contribute fresh content angles, engaging hooks and visual storytelling approaches.
• Translate creative briefs into practical, compelling video content.
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform behaviours.
• Find creative ways to bring ideas to life within different timelines and budgets.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support production and post‑production.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with external production partners.
• Take ownership of content from planning through final delivery.
