Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Candidates should be comfortable exploring emerging AI technologies and identifying practical use cases to improve productivity, service delivery, and business outcomes.
• Understanding of system integration concepts
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist Ops-Tech and Systems on 1–2 technology evaluation projects.
• Gain hands-on experience in technology assessment, technical solution development and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct assessment of tools and platforms aligning with operational requirements.
• Present proposals at key management meetings
