Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Architect for Network for AI, Routing and Automation. You will lead the end-to-end networking strategy for AI initiatives, working with Product Management and Engineering across APAC and beyond.

The role demands deep expertise in IP/MPLS, EVPN, VXLAN, and SDN/NFV, plus the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. Onsite in Singapore with up to 50% travel, collaboration with partners and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive pre-sales experience selling high-end networking equipment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 15+ years of Service Provider WAN, IP routing and Ethernet switching experience.
• Advanced degree in technology or equivalent.
• Strong ability to communicate with C-level executives and technical leaders.
• Expert knowledge across IP/MPLS, EVPN, VXLAN, SRv6, and related tech.
• Familiarity with Netconf/REST/YANG and telemetry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work onsite in Singapore.
• Desirable: JNCIE or equivalent, and API/Python familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to articulate value of Routing Infrastructure solutions.
• Lead end-to-end Networking Infrastructure architecture for AI-focused deals.
• Coordinate with Specialists, Engineering and Product Management on solutions.
• Provide HW/SW configuration insights and best practices for deployments.
• Develop partnerships with Integrators and key partners.
• Deliver demos and proofs of concept illustrating value.
• Translate customer objectives into technical requirements for CAPEX/SaaS/IaaS.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to delivery teams and price technical solutions.
• Act as expert on JUNOS, MPLS, EVPN, VXLAN, BGP and related concepts.
• Collaborate with TSA Routing team to share insights and tooling.
