This role blends design, content creation, multimedia production, and AI-powered tools to deliver engaging digital experiences and strengthen brand presence. You will work on digital design, content, media production, website assets, and AI-driven marketing initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to enhance user experience and ensure up-to-date

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, UX/UI Design or related
Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience encouraged to apply
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or similar tools
Familiarity with WordPress or Wix content management systems
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous
Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney or equivalents
Strong creativity, communication, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Create intuitive and visually engaging digital assets and user interfaces.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer and user experience across digital platforms.
Produce content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media and marketing campaigns.
Support brand storytelling and audience engagement through copywriting and campaign execution.
Capture and edit photos and videos for events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
Develop marketing collateral and multimedia assets for online and offline channels.
Maintain website content and ensure a seamless user experience; assist SEO and content updates.
