Job summary

NCS, a leading AI Tech Services company with a Pan-Asia presence, seeks a Project Manager to oversee complex client projects spanning IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and AI-driven initiatives. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and security integration, coordinating internal teams, vendors and clients.

The role requires 5+ years of IT project management, PMP certification, and experience in regulated industries.

Qualifications

PMP certification or equivalent required.
Additional cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CEH) or infrastructure certs valued.
Minimum 5 years IT project management experience on infra/cyber projects.
Experience in regulated industries (defence) preferred.
Proven track record delivering large-scale technology projects across environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, security and transformation projects.
Develop project plans, milestones, risk registers, governance and change strategies.
Manage daily execution: deployment, migration, testing, integration and implementation.
Control scope with change control; manage dependencies and critical paths.
Oversee P&L, forecast, budgets and resource allocation across teams and vendors.
Escalate issues to directors and steering committees as needed.
Coordinate security checkpoints and ensure compliance with ISO 27001/NIST/CIS.
Engage clients and stakeholders; prepare executive materials for forums.
