Job summary

Broadchains Fintech is seeking a skilled full-stack developer to lead end-to-end feature development across frontend and backend in a Singapore office. You will integrate mainstream AI coding tools to maximize efficiency and translate complex requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or AI-related field.
1–5 years of professional experience.
Strong foundation in Java or Golang backend development.
Proficient with Node.js and React.
Experience owning end-to-end production projects.
Familiarity with database design and data modeling.
Proficient with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code.
Ability to review, validate, and correct AI-generated code.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal handoff.
Product-minded with ability to translate vague ideas into specs.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
Integrate AI coding tools as core, boosting development efficiency.
Translate requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
Act as a full stack seed, mentor peers, and scale AI-augmented development.
Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose cross-team improvements.
Contribute to the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and iteration.
