Job summary

BROADCHAINS FINTECH PTE. LTD. is hiring a versatile full-stack engineer in Singapore to own end-to-end product features and drive AI-enabled development.

You will work across frontend and backend (Node.js, React, Java or Golang), mentor peers, and optimize cross-team processes while delivering production-ready software and scalable architectures. Open to 1–5 years of experience, you bring strong communication, a product mindset, and a passion for learning new technologies in a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; CS or AI-related major preferred.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Solid foundation in Java or Golang.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience owning end-to-end projects in production.
• Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
• Highly proficient with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar).
• Ability to articulate requirements to AI tools; review and correct AI-generated code.
• Self-driven and proactive—no waiting for tasks.
• Product and operational mindset; turn vague ideas into clear specs.
• Curious observer; suggest cross-team improvements.
• Strong logical thinking and communication; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate mainstream AI coding tools as a core part of the daily workflow.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Act as a full stack seed within your team—mentor peers and scale AI-augmented dev.
