Job summary

Binance seeks a Full Stack Engineer to join early as a seed member across product teams. You will own end-to-end features, integrate AI coding tools, and drive scalable, AI-augmented development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or AI-related field is required.
• 1–5 years of professional software engineering experience with full stack focus.
• Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end projects in production.
• Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
• Highly proficient with mainstream AI coding tools.
• Ability to translate requirements into working code with minimal handoff.
• Self-driven with proactive problem solving and a product mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end development of product features spanning frontend and backend
• Integrate AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) into daily workflow
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction
• Act as a full stack seed within the team—mentor peers and scale AI‑augmented development
• Identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross‑team collaboration and propose process improvements
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design to deployment and iteration
