Qualifications

• 8+ years in software or AI engineering with production responsibility.
• Hands-on agentic engineering: orchestration, retrieval, tool use, evaluation, observability and failure handling.
• Strong command of the Microsoft AI stack; capable of cross-stack transfer.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and architects to translate priorities into AI-enabled solutions.
• Identify where AI adds measurable value and shape viable, scalable concepts.
• Convert business cases and roadmaps into production-ready architectures and delivery plans.
• Own the engineering standard for the FDE track, including patterns, practices and production readiness.
