Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Singapore to drive technology-enabled transformation across supply chain planning, execution and operations. You will design roadmaps, translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide implementation of enterprise applications and analytics.

Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders across geographies to deliver scalable platforms, optimize inventory and planning processes, and ensure security and integration readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Six years of relevant experience in consulting, supply chain transformation, enterprise application implementation or related roles.
• Experience delivering enterprise applications across one or more phases of the implementation lifecycle.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional or solution design, system integration, testing, deployment or transition into operations.
• Knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, IBI or related processes.
• Experience leading project workstreams and collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, interpret and structure information effectively.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-enabled supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Assess client processes, applications, and platform capabilities to identify improvements.
• Develop roadmaps across planning, execution, visibility and control tower capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and implementation plans.
• Apply analytics, automation and AI-enabled approaches to enhance planning and performance.
• Lead enterprise applications supporting forecasting and inventory management.
• Coordinate stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Monitor scope, milestones, risks and quality.
• Support PoC development and evaluation of software capabilities.
• Review designs for scalability, integration and security.
