Job summary

MSIG Asia in Singapore seeks an experienced Delivery Leader to own end-to-end platform delivery across APAC, bridging business strategy, operational excellence and software engineering with AI capabilities.

You will lead high‑performing squads, define roadmaps, drive lean processes, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, cost‑efficient digital operations with strong STP and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• CSPO/SAFe PO/PM, Lean, Six Sigma certifications.
• AI-related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year digital operations roadmap across APAC countries and functions.
• Lead product and delivery roadmaps for digital operations, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and constraints.
• Re-engineer operational processes with responsible AI, automation, and STP from business case through redesign to benefit realisation.
• Translate business needs and pain points into use cases and delivery scope that reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Define and track KPIs linked to lean performance, including customer experience, productivity, stability and cost-to-serve.
• Orchestrate complex operations across cross-functional teams, balancing AI automation with human oversight.
• Define target operating model and governance to enable sustainable BU ownership and handover.
