You will own the product backlog and roadmap, partner with data scientists and engineers, translate opportunities into measurable savings, and drive end-to-end cost transformation with robust metrics.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in cost projects within operations/procurement.
• Experience in semiconductor industry preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on with AI/Generative AI and analytics for cost insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled cost reduction initiatives across procurement and manufacturing.
• Own product backlog and roadmap for cost solutions in SMAI.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and business partners.
• Define requirements, prioritize features, ensure measurable savings.
• Pilot and scale AI use cases with value capture and workflow optimisation.
• Engage stakeholders with clear communication and governance.
