Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience with backend focus.
• Strong Golang programming skills; familiarity with other backend languages welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on backend services and platform components.
• Implement AI-enabled product workflows with emphasis on security and scalability.
• Own features from design through deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with frontend and product teams to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Leverage AI coding tools to improve delivery while ensuring code quality.
