Job summary

Best Marketing Agency Pte Ltd is hiring for an experienced digital marketing operator who will own a portfolio of 20 to 25 client accounts. You will run Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO end to end, using AI to generate volume while QAing outputs before client delivery and translating data into actionable insights for business owners.

You must have hands-on experience with agentic AI tools and live campaigns, and you will weekly engage with clients to explain strategies and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in digital marketing, agency side preferred.
• You have personally held the login on live Meta and Google Ads accounts with verifiable spend data.
• You are hands-on with at least three of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Klaviyo or similar email marketing, or content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 20 to 25 client accounts with direct client contact.
• Run Meta Ads, Google Ads and SEO end to end for your portfolio.
• Use AI to produce volume: ad copy, blog content, emails, social posts, briefs.
• QA every AI output before presenting to clients.
• Turn monthly metrics into actionable business insights for clients.
• Lead client calls, present strategy, and manage upsell opportunities.
• Refine prompts/workflows to scale quality across many accounts.
• Maintain client retention as a core KPI.
