Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, inspection and lifecycle planning of active mobility assets (footpaths, cycling paths, pedestrian infrastructure).
• Ensure safety and operability via condition assessments, defect rectification and quality audits.
• Prepare tender specifications and technical requirements for maintenance works.
• Supervise contractors and consultants for safe, compliant on-site execution.
• Analyse asset performance data to optimise maintenance schedules and safety outcomes.
• Collaborate with public agencies and stakeholders on path networks and amenities.
