Job summary

YCH Group Pte Ltd invites a Business Analyst to lead AI use-case discovery across logistics, customs, and operations, surfacing AI-solvable problems with strong requirements and governance. You will produce detailed specifications, align with the programme roadmap, and coordinate acceptance testing with legal and privacy teams.

Qualifications

• Business Analyst in technology or digital transformation programmes.
• Domain knowledge in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or customs operations.
• Experience writing functional and non-functional requirements for AI, ML, or data-driven systems.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement elicitation workshops at all organisational levels.
• Strong data literacy - comfortable with data schemas, APIs, and system integration concepts.
• Hands on experience working on LLM, chatbot, or intelligent automation projects
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or LLM evaluation methodologies
• CBAP or equivalent business analysis certification
• Knowledge of AI governance and explainability requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead AI use case discovery workshops with business units across logistics, customs, customer service, and operations - surface AI-solvable problems.
• Produce detailed AI use case specifications including business context, data inputs/outputs, expected model behaviour, edge cases, success metrics, and regulatory constraints.
• Prioritize use cases using a value-versus-feasibility framework, maintaining and updating the use case backlog in alignment with programme roadmap.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing for AI features - including designing test scenarios for LLM outputs (evaluating relevance, accuracy, tone, and safety).
• Map existing Java-based business processes to identify AI augmentation and automation opportunities without requiring full system replacement.
• Liaise with legal, compliance, and data privacy teams to ensure use case designs meet PDPA and regulatory requirements.
• Support vendor requirements handover - ensuring external AI teams have complete, unambiguous specifications before building begins.
• Track business benefit realisation against programme KPIs: processing time reduction, cost per transaction, accuracy rates, user adoption
