Newbridge is seeking a hands‑on Technical Delivery Manager to own client deliveries from kickoff through go‑live and handover to BAU. You will lead the engineering pod, be the primary client contact, and drive architecture discussions with architects and engineers.

This role requires deep technical depth beyond coordination and will involve APAC travel and frequent client‑site presence in Singapore. You will run delivery in Scrum/Kanban, manage budgets and risks, and ensure scalable, compliant

Formación

• 6+ years in tech delivery and leading client work.
• Hands-on use of Scrum and Kanban; Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence proficiency.
• Understanding of SDLC, governance (PRINCE2/PMBOK) and hybrid delivery models.
• Fluent across modern data and cloud stacks (Databricks/Snowflake/Fabric, APIs, CI/CD).
• Experience leading pods of engineers across time zones; budget and subcontractor handling.
• Knowledge of AI delivery (RAG, agents, evals; MLOps/LLMOps) and data/privacy governance.

Responsabilidades

• Shape client engagements from kickoff to go-live and handover to run teams.
• Lead delivery with prioritization, planning, risk and change control.
• Manage a pod of 3–10 engineers across client and partner teams.
• Run governance cadence (SteerCos, status updates) and ensure timely sign-offs.
• Track time and spend against fixed-price and T&M budgets; forecast costs.
• Ensure security reviews, privacy checks, and monitoring precede production.
