Job summary

SINGAPORE AIRLINES LIMITED is seeking an in-house AI/data science professional to join a team tackling generative AI, NLP, computer vision and optimization. You will develop scalable ML/DL solutions and deploy them as API microservices that empower software applications and business users to make faster, smarter decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, guide external partners, and help operationalize AI capabilities across the group.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Math/Stats/Physics required; MS/PhD preferred.
• Intermediate Python, SQL; knowledge of Scala/TypeScript/Java/C# is a plus.
• Exposure to Spark and Kafka for big-data processing.
• Hands-on data scientist/AI engineer with ML/DL experience.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and cloud workflows.

Responsibilities

• Member of an in-house AI and data science team handling ML, NLP, CV, optimization and experimentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build scalable ML/DL solutions deployed as API microservices.
• Oversee external partners and provide datasets for production deployments.
• Work with app teams to operationalize AI/ML within API services.
• Note: potential postings to subsidiaries within SIA Group.
