MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead data operations, data engineering, and internal tooling for GenAI development. The role requires coordinating with engineering, data science, and research teams to deliver clear roadmaps and execution plans.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical program management with strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills, and the ability to engage with engineers on system architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years in engineering program management or related roles.
• Experience with data platforms, data pipelines, or large-scale data processing.
• Fluent in coordinating with software and data engineers.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for HAI Data Operations, including roadmaps and milestones.
• Partner with Data Operations and Engineering leadership to maintain a clear technical roadmap.
• Lead prioritization across data operations and tooling requirements.
• Drive programs focusing on data management, pipelines, processing, and tooling for GenAI development.
• Define requirements for internal data and developer tooling with engineers.
