Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to join the Human-Centered AI team, supporting HAI Data Operations. You will drive programs across data operations, data engineering, and tooling to enable GenAI and ML development.

The role partners with engineering, data operations, research, and other teams to define roadmaps, prioritize investments, and deliver complex programs from planning through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of engineering program management or related roles.
• Experience with data platforms, data engineering, data management, or large-scale data processing.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program execution for HAI Data Operations, including roadmap development, prioritization, planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Define and maintain technical roadmaps balancing operational requirements, tooling investments, engineering capacity, and broader HAI priorities.
• Lead prioritization across competing initiatives to focus engineering resources on high-impact work.
• Manage programs that enhance and scale data platforms, pipelines, processing systems, and internal tooling for AI/ML development and evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements for internal tools and workflows, translating needs into technical plans.
• Develop understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, and dependencies to identify risks and improvements.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and drive alignment and execution across stakeholders.
• Improve reliability, scalability, and automation of data operations workflows and platforms.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure data and tooling support GenAI objectives.
• Establish and monitor program metrics and communicate status to technical teams and leadership.
• Create scalable program management processes to improve visibility and accountability.
