Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software or Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Foundational programming skills in Python and working knowledge of SQL are required.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and GenAI/LLM concepts through coursework/projects.
• Experience or exposure to Databricks, Azure, data pipelines, ML workflows, or BI tools is advantageous.
• Able to apply analytical thinking to defined problems with guidance.
• Commitment to a 6-month internship.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and work with new AI/BI tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI prototypes and AI/BI solutions for defined business use cases.
• Assist in building and testing AI agents, GenAI workflows, and related components.
• Prepare and validate datasets using Python and SQL with team guidance.
• Evaluate model outputs against performance and business-fit criteria; document findings.
• Support dashboards, semantic models, data visualisations, and reporting for business users.
• Participate in testing, issue investigation, and product documentation; drive iterative improvements.
• Contribute to deployment, monitoring, security, compliance, and governance activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
