Job summary

CapitaLand invites an Intern, Digital & AI to join the AI & Digital Team in Singapore. The role focuses on turning business needs into working software, analytics, automation and AI-enabled products.

You will contribute code, test ideas with users and help move solutions from prototype to deployment in a real estate development environment. The internship involves building AI features, data preparation, dashboards, and collaboration across platform teams, with exposure to Azure, Power Platform

Qualifications

• Hands-on programming in Python through coursework or internships.
• Exposure to APIs, databases, debugging, testing and documentation.
• Experience with data analytics, ML, generative AI, LLM apps or automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and prototype AI and digital products addressing business needs.
• Write maintainable code in Python and possibly JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop AI capabilities such as retrieval-augmented generation and prompts workflows.
• Explore and analyse data for model development and evaluation.
• Support end-to-end delivery from requirements to deployment and iteration.
• Build dashboards and automation using Power BI, Power Platform, Azure services.
• Ensure secure and governed development with proper documentation and testing.
