Job summary

CapitaLand invites a motivated student or early-career professional to join our AI governance team. You will help govern internal AI and data models, ensure access controls, and support audits and reporting on governance metrics.

You will collaborate with IT and business units to maintain compliance with data protection laws and governance policies, while developing training resources to raise awareness across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree in AI governance, data science, IT, law, ethics, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of AI technologies, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Govern internal processes to ensure security protocols and audit requirements.
• Assist in managing user access to AI and data models.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and governance processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure governance compliance.
• Support documentation, tracking, and monitoring of AI and data models.
• Contribute to training programs on AI governance practices.
• Stay updated on global AI governance trends and data protection laws.
• Help prepare reports and presentations on AI governance metrics.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
