Job summary

Aleph is seeking a highly skilled AI Data Engineer to support data, analytics, automation and AI-enabled capabilities for internal enterprise platforms. You will design, build, integrate and document practical solutions that are secure, explainable, maintainable and aligned with enterprise standards.

You will work across business, technology and delivery teams to create scalable data solutions, pipelines and APIs, handling structured and unstructured data and producing explainable outputs for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Strong hands-on Python experience.
• Experience in data engineering, analytics engineering or intelligent automation.
• Experience building backend services, APIs and data pipelines.
• Good understanding of data modelling, transformation and system integration.
• Experience with enterprise dashboards or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data-driven, analytics-based, AI-enabled components.
• Build backend services, data pipelines, APIs, and integration logic.
• Integrate solutions with dashboards and internal platforms.
• Handle structured and unstructured data from approved sources.
• Produce explainable outputs such as recommendations or summaries.
• Implement logging, traceability, auditability and human review controls.
• Support testing, SIT, UAT and production readiness.
• Collaborate with business SMEs, product owners and delivery teams.
• Prepare data mappings, test evidence and deployment notes.
