Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Project Management lead for the AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team to own end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI data programs across multiple projects. You will lead experienced AI Project Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data delivery while driving process standardization and governance.

You will oversee quality, cost, and risk, and apply AI-enabled productivity tools to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 3 years of regional team management experience.
• At least 5 years of program/project management experience with end-to-end delivery in AI data operations.
• Strong quality, schedule, risk/change management and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with exposure to harmful content.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of AI data projects end-to-end with on-time, on-quality, on-budget delivery.
• Establish delivery governance: milestones, capacity planning, dependency management, change control, risk mitigation.
• Define quality standards and drive RCA/CAPA to reduce rework; optimize workflows and metrics.
• Align product/algorithm/platform/policy teams on scope and success criteria; ensure launch readiness.
• Manage vendor performance via SLAs/KPIs; budgeting and unit economics.
• Hire, coach, and performance-manage AI project managers; foster strong delivery culture.
• Apply AI tooling to improve delivery efficiency and quality in compliance with policies.
