Siemens AG in Singapore seeks an experienced Solution Architect to lead regional AI Factory Architecture efforts across Asia Pacific. You will represent the AI Factory Architecture organisation, engage strategic customers, and translate global reference architectures into APAC-ready solutions with regional customisations.

You'll partner with sales to drive opportunities, coordinate with regional teams, and leverage AI and automation to enhance architecture development and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of experience in data centres, electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, mission-critical facilities, or related technology sectors.
• Strong customer-facing solution architecture expertise.
• Strong understanding of MV/LV electrical systems, regional codes and standards, utility/grid requirements, and the localisation of global architectures for Singapore and wider Asia Pacific markets.
• Broad technical understanding across multiple infrastructure domains: electrical distribution, cooling systems, controls and operational technology, digital solutions, and AI compute infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to work across organisations and disciplines.
• Strong AI and automation fluency.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Representing Siemens' AI Factory Architecture organisation across Asia Pacific: Serve as the regional technical architecture representative, communicating Siemens AI Factory reference architectures across power, cooling, automation, digital, and compute infrastructure while adapting them to local market requirements.
• Engaging strategic customers and leading architecture discussions: Support hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, colocation operators, enterprises, developers, EPCs, and technology partners through workshops, design reviews, technical presentations, RFIs/RFPs, and solution-development activities.
• Translating global reference architectures into APAC-ready solutions: Localise architectures based on regional regulations, electrical standards, grid characteristics, operating environments, supply chains, and customer requirements across Asia Pacific.
• Partnering with sales teams to drive integrated solution opportunities: Enable account teams through technical guidance, architecture training, value-based messaging, and support for opportunities that combine multiple Siemens technologies into a single customer solution.
• Acting as a bridge between global expertise and regional execution: Leverage knowledge from global specialists while sharing customer requirements, competitive intelligence, technology trends, and market insights back to the global architecture organisation.
• Driving the adoption of next-generation AI infrastructure architectures: Support the deployment and continuous improvement of solutions for AI factories, hyperscale data centres, liquid cooling, microgrids, digital twins, BMS/EPMS/SCADA platforms, modular infrastructure, and emerging electrical architectures.
• Extensive experience in data centres or critical infrastructure environments: Approximately 10+ years of experience in data centres, electrical infrastructure, industrial automation, mission-critical facilities, or related technology sectors.
• Strong customer-facing solution architecture expertise: Experience supporting technical sales, consulting, application engineering, pre-sales engineering, or solution architecture engagements with hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, or developer customers.
• Deep electrical infrastructure knowledge with APAC market expertise: Strong understanding of MV/LV electrical systems, regional codes and standards, utility/grid requirements, and the localisation of global architectures for Singapore and wider Asia Pacific markets.
• Broad technical understanding across multiple infrastructure domains: Working knowledge of electrical distribution, cooling systems, controls and operational technology, digital solutions, and AI compute infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to work across organisations and disciplines: Experience collaborating with engineering, commercial, and partner organisations to deliver integrated customer solutions throughout the data centre lifecycle.
• Strong AI and automation fluency: Experience leveraging AI tools, workflow automation, and productivity technologies to improve architecture development, customer engagement, knowledge management, and sales-support processes.
