Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an AI & Data Analytics Executive on a 6‑month contract. Entry level applicants are welcome as training is provided. The role focuses on digitizing data processes, building KPI dashboards, and supporting IT collaboration to improve data quality.

You will develop dashboards using Tableau and PowerPoint to visualize metrics, and work with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Training and mentorship are part of the onboarding.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of the AI tool & Software Development

Responsibilities

• Map out existing manual data extraction from multiple data sources and collaborate with IT to develop KPI dashboards and metrics in AI tools.
• Support the development team in automated testing, resolve bugs in testing frameworks and improve data quality.
• Assist in analyzing competency data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using AI tools, Tableau and PowerPoint to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and IT stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior leadership to communicate metrics, headwinds, and action plans.

• Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided)

• Timing: Monday - Friday , 7.30am-4pm

• Contract period: 6 months contract
