Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated student for a 6-month contractor role in AI development and process improvement. You will partner with business and IT teams to automate manual processes, enhance data quality, and turn data into actionable insights for leaders.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in AI, data analytics, digital transformation, and enterprise systems while contributing to real business projects across the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science and/or Computer Science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and software development.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Cloud or similar tools.
• Familiarity with SIT/UAT testing is a plus.
• Interest in AI, automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Map manual data processes and identify opportunities for automation and digitalization.
• Support the development of AI-driven KPI dashboards and metrics.
• Analyze data using Excel, Oracle Cloud, Tableau, Power BI, SAP/PMx, and other systems.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance.
• Support automated testing, troubleshoot bugs, and improve data quality.
• Analyze competency data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management.
• Work with IT and cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions.
