Responsibilities

• Develop Python automation tools, scripts, dashboards, and utilities.

• Design and execute unit, integration, regression, and functional testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand complex technical challenges and deliver practical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Python-based automation tools, scripts, lightweight applications, dashboards, and engineering utilities.
• Build AI-assisted productivity solutions using LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Analyze engineering data, logs, and test results to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Design and execute software testing and validation, including unit, integration, regression, and functional testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand complex technical challenges and deliver practical software solutions.
• Create reusable tools and documentation to improve engineering productivity and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong Python programming experience in scripting, automation, and data processing.
• Experience building internal tools, automation solutions, or engineering applications.
• Understanding of software testing and validation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience or practical knowledge of AI technologies, including:
• Prompt Engineering
• AI Agents
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI-assisted automation
• Good understanding of digital electronics fundamentals, including logic design, timing concepts, registers, buses, and hardware/software interaction.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a collaborative engineering environment.

Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable:
