Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cybersecurity projects involving AI/ML, data analytics, software engineering, and related technologies. You will coordinate across development teams, data scientists, threat researchers, and vendors to translate business needs into technical scopes and deliverables.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience managing software, data, AI/ML or cybersecurity projects.
Technical background in AI/ML, data analytics, software engineering.
Experience with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Interface with customers to understand business and cybersecurity needs.
Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers/scientists, threat researchers and cybersecurity specialists.
Lead planning, delivery and implementation of cybersecurity projects involving AI/ML and data analytics.
Coordinate activities across the full development lifecycle from requirements to service improvement.
Develop and maintain project documentation and artefacts.
Manage baselines: scope, schedule, budget, resources and quality.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies with stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and milestones.
Foster collaboration across cybersecurity, AI/ML, data and software teams to translate complex problems into deployable solutions.
