You will manage lead pipelines, assist professionals with career development, and showcase how our AI curriculum accelerates goals. You will guide applicants from inquiry to registration, conduct needs-based consultations, and maintain strict CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2C consultative sales, course advising, or student recruitment.
• Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and managing high-volume leads.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the full enrolment journey from inquiry to registration.
• Conduct needs-based consultations to assess career goals and recommended pathways.
• Maintain CRM discipline with fast responses, structured follow-ups, and pipeline reporting.
• Support program previews, masterclasses, and open houses to engage qualified leads.
• Translate AI course concepts into practical, career-boosting benefits for working professionals.
• Relay student feedback, objections, and market trends to marketing and program management teams.
• Ensure advisory activities align with admissions criteria, tuition fees, and compliance standards.
