La Royale Group is hiring an AI Content Executive to own day-to-day production of our AI-driven content and social output across markets, turning strategy and briefs into published content at pace. You’ll be the maker behind our AI personas and social channels, producing high-volume content and keeping the calendar moving.

You’ll bring a data-minded approach, using performance metrics to sharpen content and report results clearly.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years creating social content at scale across channels.
• Hands-on with AI content tools and platforms.
• Strong copywriting and a good eye for formats and trends.

Responsibilities

• High-volume content production across multiple AI personas and formats.
• Build and maintain AI personas; voice, style and narrative.
• Publish content through the AI toolchain and automation pipelines.
• Own the content calendar and multi-account publishing.
• Track reach, engagement, and other metrics; maintain clear reports.
• Run simple A/B tests and iterate based on data.
• Support owned channels with graphics, video and copy.
• Turn communications and PR moments into social assets.
• Document playbooks to keep operations repeatable.
